The House Ag Committee approved budget estimates that called for no cuts to US farm and nutrition programs. Meanwhile, USDA Secretary Sonny Perdue remains confident EPA will curb the granting of small refinery exemptions (SREs) under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and FDA is postponing most foreign inspections through April due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
